2.1. Upon enrolling in a course, you will be granted access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of enrollment.
2.2. It is your responsibility to carefully review the course details, including the course duration and access period, before enrolling.
3.1. IPC Events Academy Africa operates on a strict no-refund policy. Once you have enrolled in a course and the access period has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
3.2. This no-refund policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:
a. Dissatisfaction with course content.
b. Scheduling conflicts.
c. Changes in personal or professional circumstances.
4.1. Each course has a specified access period during which you can access the course materials. Access to course materials will be restricted once the access period has elapsed.
4.2. If you wish to continue or retake a course after the access period has expired, you may do so by enrolling in the next available course batch.
5.1. All course content, including text, images, videos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of IPC Events Academy Africa and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.1. IPC Events Academy Africa expects all students to adhere to our Code of Conduct while participating in our courses. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of course access.
8.1. IPC Events Academy Africa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
